Who are our clothes designed for?

Martinette clothing has been designed to improve the quality of everyday life for:

Having a perfect understanding of the special needs of these people when it comes to dressing, our garments are designed with snaps at the shoulders for easy putting on and taking off of clothes.

If you are a caregiver, our adaptive clothing is also designed for you: they are easy to put on and wear, without creating discomfort or pain for your loved ones.

What is your return policy?

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to exchange or return items.

Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund and meet the following criteria:

-Items must not have been washed, worn or damaged;

-Items must have the original labels and these must not have been detached;

Proof of purchase is also required and must accompany your items in the shipment/package. The following proofs of purchase are accepted: copy of your confirmation email or order number.

Upon receipt of your package, the refund will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Please note that the shipping costs incurred during a return will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges are free of charge. We will cover the postage costs for the return and the new shipment of your exchanged item.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We use Canada Post delivery service.

The rates are $11.99 for standard delivery (3-7 business days) and $15.99 for express delivery (2-3 business days). Shipping is FREE in Canada for all orders of $150 or more.

Once your order has been completed and paid for on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service, after having carefully checked your unwanted emails.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a link and tracking number from Canada Post as soon as your order is processed.

Note that it is always possible to cancel an order any time before you receive a shipping confirmation.

International orders:

For orders outside of Canada, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Note that all international packages are subject to duties and taxes. Limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

How can I save the taxes on my purchases?

With a doctor's prescription, Canadian residents are exempt from paying sales tax when purchasing adaptive clothing.

Procedure:

1. Create a customer account;

2. Download and print the prescription form and have it completed by your doctor;

3. Send us the completed prescription form by email to info@martinettedesign.com or by mail to:

Upon receipt of your prescription, it will be associated with your customer account and future purchases may be exempt from sales tax.
