Refund policy

All our clothes are EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE.

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to exchange or return items.

Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund and meet the following criteria:

-Items must not have been washed, worn or damaged;

-Items must have the original labels and these must not have been detached;

Proof of purchase is also required and must accompany your items in the shipment/package. The following proofs of purchase are accepted: copy of your confirmation email or order number.

Upon receipt of your package, the refund will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Please note that the shipping costs incurred during a return will not be reimbursed.

You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship the returned merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method (with a tracking number).

Exchanges are free of charge. We will cover the postage costs for the return and the new shipment of your exchanged item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the items do not meet our return policy.
